I am a Partner and Senior Project Manager with 20 years of experience in the asphalt and construction industry. I began my career at 18, working as a laborer on a concrete crew before I began working on a sealing and striping crew. I started my own pavement maintenance company, which I still own. I am hands on with customers and build a relationship with all my hands-on experience and long-term leadership that make me a trusted resource for clients and project teams. 

Outside of work, I enjoy soccer with my son, along with softball, basketball and volleyball with my 3 daughters. I enjoy working out and taking care of animals on my farm. I love attending the Cincinnati Bengals game and spending time with my family and friends.
