Our owner and founder, Alan Zahumensky started Pinnacle Paving & Sealing with one goal in mind: to create hassle-free and top quality paving solutions for the tristate area. Alan has been working in the paving industry since 1985 and over the past three decades, he has become a paving expert. Alan was born and raised in Cincinnati, growing up in Anderson Township and has lived in Cincinnati his entire life. He knows this city, its people, and its paving needs like the back of his hand.

We started from humble roots and have grown every year to get to where we are now.

We build parking lots that provide decades of service encompassing all different types of needs. From paving parking lots and patchwork throughout, to installing industrial concrete to correcting drainage issues, we have over 25 years of experience in diagnosing and performing all blacktop and concrete services.
