I've spent the past six years with Pinnacle Paving, building my career from the ground up. I began working in the field, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of day-to-day operations. Through dedication, leadership, and a strong work ethic, I've advanced into a Project Manager position, where I now oversee projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and teamwork. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids, playing basketball, and getting outdoors whenever possible. I value staying active, family time, and bringing the same commitment and energy to my personal life that I bring to my career.
