PAVING SERVICES

Resurface/Overlay – The installation of new hot mix surface asphalt over an existing pavement.

New Installation – This requires the installation of a gravel sub base, base course and surface course of new hot mix asphalt.

New Over Existing Gravel – This requires the installation of a base and surface course hot mix asphalt.

Complete Mill and Pave – Grind off the existing surface layer to the depth needed and replace with new hot mix surface asphalt.

ASPHALT REPAIRS

Patching – Remove existing damaged/deteriorated asphalt by grinding or excavation.  Install new hot mix asphalt and compact.

Pot Hole Filling – Clean loose debris, fill pot hole with new hot mix or cold patch and compact.  This should be considered a temporary repair.

CRACKFILLING

Crackfilling – Fill cracks ¼” wide or larger with a hot pour rubberized crack filler.

Sealcoating – Application of a coal tar emulsion sealer over an existing pavement.

Line Stripe – Applying traffic rated pavement markings.

CONCRETE

Concrete Driveway – Remove and replace, or install new, concrete driveway with 4,000psi concrete per thickness required.

Concrete Sidewalk – Remove and replace, or install new, concrete sidewalks with 4,000psi concrete per thickness required.

Concrete Dumpster Pad – Remove and replace, or install new, concrete pad with 4,000psi concrete per thickness required (typically 8”).

Barrier Curb – A 6” wide x 18” high concrete curb with 12” below grade using 4,000psi concrete.

Extruded Curb – A 6” wide x 6” high concrete curb using 4,000psi concrete on top of existing/new pavement.

DRAINAGE

Catch Basin – Install new or repair/rebuild an existing structure which includes interior repairs as needed and installation of concrete collar around the structure.

Trench Drain – Install new or repair/rebuild existing concrete structure with steel grates.  In some light duty cases a preformed plastic/polymer trench drain can be used.

Drain Tile/Under Drain – Underground water collection system, under pavements or in lawn/landscape areas.

OTHER SERVICES

Bollards – Install or replace a steel pipe filled with concrete set in a concrete footing painted safety yellow.  Can also be used for signage within your parking lot.

Speedbumps – Installation and or repairs of asphalt bumps/humps varying in size

Tennis Courts – Installation/repairs/maintenance, including crackfilling, patching, applying resurfacer and color systems, striping, net posts and fencing.
